Al-Ghad named Jordan’s widest circulated publication for 2024

AMMAN — Minister of Justice Ahmad Ziadat has designated Al-Ghad newspaper as Jordan's widest circulated publication, as per Al-Ghad. This decision enables its use for legal notifications and advertisements in 2024.

The decision, based on guidelines for designating widely circulated newspapers for legal notifications and advertisements in 2019, was made in accordance with Article 1/12 of Civil Procedure Law No. 24 of 1988 and its amendments, and Article 116 of Execution Law No. 25 of 2007 and its amendments. It was further supported by Article nine of the same guidelines and upon referral by the committee responsible for designating widely circulated newspapers for such purposes.

The three newspapers designated as the widest circulated local dailies for 2024 are:

1. Al-Ghad newspaper
   
2. Al-Rai newspaper
   
3. Ad-Dustour newspaper
