In a message addressed to students, Al-Ajarmeh explained that the Ministry is implementing a comprehensive awareness plan in cooperation with specialized authorities. This plan includes educational programs, counseling lectures, and the activation of activity classes and school radio to instill a culture of rejection and enhance students' decision-making abilities.

He noted that protecting the youth is a national priority aligned with the vision of the Hashemite leadership under His Majesty King Abdullah II, affirming that education remains the first line of defense in safeguarding minds and values.

Excerpts from Dr. Al-Ajarmeh’s Official Message:
"The Scourge of Drugs Threatens the Minds of the Future; Education is the Fortress of the Nation and the Shield of Enduring Values"

"My sons and daughters, students across our beloved Jordan... I address you today from a position of trust for which we will be held accountable before God. The most dangerous threat to nations is not just a looming enemy on the horizon, but ideas that infiltrate minds to weaken them."

Key highlights from the message:

A Religious and Moral Duty: Al-Ajarmeh cited the Islamic prohibition of anything that impairs the mind, quoting the Quranic verse: "And do not throw [yourselves] with your own hands into destruction."

Institutional Partnership: The Ministry has directed all directorates to coordinate directly with Anti-Narcotics departments across the Kingdom to ensure a protective "fence of awareness."

Educational Tools: The plan includes scientifically prepared brochures, interactive activity sessions for open dialogue, and daily morning school radio broadcasts focused on character building.

Royal Vision: The message reiterated that protecting the youth is a top national priority under the Hashemite leadership, viewing the Jordanian citizen as the nation's most precious asset.

A Call to Action: He urged students to show strength by rejecting peer pressure, saying: "True strength is not in trying a dangerous experience, but in the ability to firmly refuse it."
