Jordan loses to Egypt but leads King’s Cup

AMMAN — The Jordan Hawks maintained their lead at the King Abdullah II Basketball Cup on Wednesday, despite losing to Egypt by 67–79 at the Prince Hamza Arena.اضافة اعلان

Jordan’s Olympic national (team B) also suffered a loss to the Philippines by a score of 36–90 on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Tunisia achieved their first victory in the tournament at the expense of Saudi Arabia, scoring 72–59.

The Jordan Hawks raised their score to 5 points to take the top of the ranking with two wins and a loss, followed by Egypt with 4 points, while the Philippines, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia share the same spot with 3 points each.

The fourth round of the King's Cup split league will start on Thursday, with Egypt meeting Saudi Arabia at 4pm, followed by the Tunisia and the Philippines at 7 pm, at the Prince Hamza hall.
