The federation explained that the delay in responding to the offer presented to local channels to broadcast the matches left it with no option but to complete broadcast arrangements through a specialized company. Despite conducting technical tests in advance, a sudden technical fault occurred in the internet service used to transmit the signal, negatively affecting the broadcast's stability and its reach to viewers, affirming that the primary goal was to ensure the match reached the widest possible segment of fans, and that what happened will be dealt with through measures that ensure it is addressed and not repeated.
Regarding the national team's upcoming matches against Venezuela, Indonesia, and Australia, the federation noted that it has begun taking all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure broadcast stability and provide a high-quality viewing experience befitting fans' expectations.
The federation affirms that Jordanian fans are the focus of its attention, and that work continues to provide the best possible experience, whether for fans attending in stadiums or following from behind screens.
