AMMAN — The national Al-Shabab team started their run in the 2021 EarthLink West Asia Tournament (WAFF) U-18 by beating the UAE 2-0 in a match that was held at Franso Hariri Football Stadium in Erbil, Iraq.اضافة اعلان

Zaid Asfar and Ameen Al-Shanayneh both scored during the match.
For the same group, the Lebanese team beat its Syrian counterpart 1-0. The national team is currently leading their group by three points, coming ahead of Lebanon, Syria, and the Emirates, in that order respectively.

According to the tournament system, the champion of each group qualifies for the final, which will take place on Wednesday, December 1.
