The draw for the round of 16 of the 2026–2027 CFI Jordan Cup will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the Jordan Football Association headquarters. The draw will feature the 10 clubs competing in the Jordan Pro League, alongside the six teams that qualified from the preliminary rounds.

Jerash, Ittihad Al-Ramtha, Hay Al-Amir Hassan, Al-Yarmouk, Al-Ahli and Sahab Hauran qualified for this stage following the conclusion of the third preliminary round.
The draw will be conducted electronically and randomly, in accordance with the approved team allocation mechanism. The four highest-placed teams in last season’s Pro League — Al-Hussein, Al-Faisaly, Al-Wehdat and Al-Ramtha — will be assigned numbers 1, 7, 9 and 15, respectively. The teams that finished fifth through eighth — Al-Jazeera, Al-Baqa’a, Al-Salt and Shabab Al-Ordon — will be assigned numbers 3, 5, 11 and 13.
The remaining participating teams Al-Arabi, Doqarah and the six qualifiers from the preliminary rounds will be assigned the remaining numbers: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16.
The round of 16 and subsequent rounds will be played on a single-match, knockout basis at the home grounds of the teams assigned odd numbers. Match revenue will be split equally between the two teams.
For the final, if the qualified teams have different home grounds, the venue will be determined by a draw. If the match ends in a tie after regular time, extra time will be played, followed by a penalty shootout if necessary to decide the title. Revenue from the final will also be split equally between the two teams.
