Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Sunday that a meeting between representatives of Kyiv and Moscow will be held in November under U.S. mediation, with the aim of reviving peace negotiations that have been stalled since the beginning of this year.
Speaking in an interview with national television, Zelensky said, “We are ready to negotiate. If the issue concerns territory, it should be addressed at the leaders’ level. Other issues fall within the remit of technical groups. All of this can therefore be discussed in November.”
