Israeli occupation forces began demolition operations on Monday targeting agricultural and commercial structures near Haddad Tourist Village, south of Jenin. The structures include agricultural rooms, a car showroom, a recreational park and greenhouses, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

On October 18, Israeli occupation forces had issued more than 20 demolition notices for agricultural and commercial structures in Jenin Governorate.
Tareq Ighbariyah, the official in charge of the settlement affairs file in Jenin Governorate, said the notices covered greenhouses, agricultural rooms, a recreational park and a car showroom. The affected area stretches from the Al-Badiya Roundabout near Abba to the east, reaching the Martyr Shamik Abu al-Rub Roundabout near the American School to the south.
He added that the notices threaten Palestinian facilities and livelihoods, exposing their owners to substantial financial losses. He noted that demolishing greenhouses, agricultural rooms and commercial facilities could result in the destruction of equipment and agricultural materials, harm production and the income of affected families, and threaten the continuity of agricultural and commercial activities in the area.
