Numerous media reports have confirmed that Turkish club Fenerbahçe sent a delegation to Italy to negotiate directly for the signing of Milan's Portuguese star Rafael Leão, who is also attracting interest from other clubs such as Turkey's Galatasaray and Portugal's Benfica.اضافة اعلان

The Italian network Sport and Turkish transfer market insider Yağız Sabuncuoğlu confirmed that a plane carrying Fenerbahçe board member Cihan Kamer and his colleagues landed at Malpensa Airport on Monday evening.

Reports indicated that the Turkish club plans to sign Leão for a maximum of €40 million, which aligns with the minimum demand of AC Milan, who will not accept loaning the player with an option to buy.

The player is currently on holiday following his participation with Portugal in the World Cup, and was recently in Brazil to promote a clothing line bearing his name.

Leão has been called up to join his team's pre-season tour in Australia and is scheduled to fly out to link up with his teammates in a few days if Milan and Fenerbahçe do not reach an agreement.

Both Leão and Milan recognize that their relationship is drawing to a close this summer, but expected offers have not materialized for the Italian club, remaining limited primarily to Turkish teams.

AC Milan received two offers to sell their star Leão from Galatasaray and Benfica—whose negotiations with Mohamed Salah stalled—however, Fenerbahçe was the first club to send an official delegation to finalize the deal.
