In a statement on Telegram, Ukraine’s General Staff said:
"A large-scale air and missile strike was carried out using Storm Shadow missiles, which penetrated the Russian air defense system. We are currently assessing the results of the strike."

The Ukrainian military described the facility as a key production site for gunpowder, explosives, and rocket fuel.

The Russian Ministry of Defense, in a Telegram post Tuesday evening, claimed that its air defense units had destroyed 57 Ukrainian drones over Bryansk within four hours. The ministry rarely reports on damage caused by Ukraine’s strikes in the ongoing war, which began with Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022.

Bryansk Governor Alexander Bogomaz also posted on Telegram that the region had been attacked with drones and missiles earlier in the day, noting that no casualties or material damage had been reported.
