Oleh Syniehubov wrote on Telegram: "The death toll from the enemy attack on the outskirts of Kharkiv has risen to four, with six others injured." Earlier, authorities had warned residents of a "threat from hostile drones," initially reporting two deaths.

A statement from the regional prosecutor’s office, accompanied by video footage, confirmed that Russian forces targeted a building belonging to the Nova Poshta postal company. The video shows rescue workers searching through the rubble, still emitting smoke, and evacuating a person on a stretcher at night.

In the city itself, a drone strike hit a "children's clinic," causing a fire, according to Igor Terekhov, Kharkiv’s mayor, though no injuries were reported. Other regions were also targeted by Russian attacks overnight.

Two drone strikes in central Odesa (south) damaged residential buildings and a hospital, injuring at least five people, according to Serhiy Lysak, head of the city’s military administration.

In Zaporizhzhia (southeast), explosions were reported, believed to be from Russian attacks, the governor Ivan Fedorov said via Telegram. In Kyiv, the military administration head, Timur Tkachenko, reported a Russian "ballistic missile" strike overnight.

Nearly four years after the Russian invasion began, Moscow continues daily drone and missile attacks across Ukraine, increasingly targeting energy infrastructure, causing electricity and heating outages amid the harsh winter.
