Over 650 Chilean lawyers file complaint to ICC against Israel

SANTIAGO— More than 650 Chilean lawyers have lodged a legal complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Israeli government and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. اضافة اعلان

The complaint was presented by a delegation representing the lawyers, led by Chile's former ambassador to Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan, Nelson Hadad, alongside Shawan Jabarin, Vice President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), and Chilean lawyer and professor Rodolfo Marcone-Lo Presti, Amad reported.

Hadad stated that it is likely that lawyers from various Latin American countries will join in supporting the complaint.
