The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Tuesday that the death toll from the ongoing genocide committed by Israel since October 7, 2023, has risen to 54,510 martyrs and 124,901 injuries.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 40 martyrs and 208 injuries in the past 24 hours due to continued Israeli airstrikes on the territory.
The report also noted that since the resumption of Israel's offensive on March 18, the number of casualties has reached 4,240 martyrs and 12,860 injuries.
Thus, the total toll of the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has climbed to 54,510 martyrs and 124,901 injuries, according to the ministry.
The statement also highlighted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed homes and on roadways, where emergency and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.
