During his segment on Al Jazeera, Dwairi confirmed that all divine religions, international laws, and UN agreements have banned the use of starvation as a weapon and considered it a war crime, Al-Ghad reported.

Estimates suggested that there are between 300,000 and 700,000 people in Gaza City and its northern areas. According to the strategic expert, Israel wants to evacuate them from the area and push them to migrate southward.

He emphasized that Israel has not refrained from committing any war crime and has employed all means to achieve its goal, such as starvation, destroying infrastructure, forced displacement, and fighting UNRWA.

Moreover, Dwairi cited statements by Israeli Minister of Heritage Amihai Eliyahu, who suggested dropping a nuclear bomb on Gaza, along with Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich, who called for keeping only 150,000 residents in Gaza. Additionally, he recalled Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant’s statement about Israel fighting ‘human animals.’

Regarding the operations carried out by the IOF in the Zaytoun neighborhood east of Gaza City, Dwairi said that Israel is trying to create a buffer zone from the outskirts of Beit Hanoun in the north of the Strip to Rafah in the south, in addition to opening a road from Juhor ad-Dik to Al-Rashid Street with the aim of separating the north from the rest of the Strip, and securing it with large military forces.
