Iran: We Do Not Seek Nuclear Weapons or Regional Destabilization

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Iran does not seek to acquire nuclear weapons or destabilize the region.

Speaking on Friday, Pezeshkian said: “We defend the integrity of our territory with dignity, remain committed to legal frameworks, and hope the other side understands that.”

He added: “The other side has made itself an outcast by assassinating military leaders and political figures and by killing children in the region.”
