Desert areas are expected to record temperatures between 36°C and 20°C, while the plains will range between 30°C and 18°C.
In the northern Jordan Valley, temperatures are forecast to range from 37°C to 20°C, while the southern Jordan Valley will experience temperatures between 39°C and 24°C. The Dead Sea is expected to record temperatures of 38°C to 23°C, and the Gulf of Aqaba 39°C to 24°C.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, a slight increase in temperatures is expected on Tuesday. Conditions will remain typically summer-like, with moderate temperatures over the highlands and plains and hot weather prevailing in other regions. Moderate northwesterly winds will continue, becoming active at times.
Another slight rise in temperatures is forecast for Wednesday. The weather will remain moderately warm in the mountainous areas and plains, while hot conditions will persist elsewhere. Northwesterly winds will remain moderate, occasionally becoming active.
On Thursday, similar weather conditions are expected to continue, with moderate summer temperatures in the highlands and plains and hot weather across the rest of the Kingdom. Moderate northwesterly winds are expected, becoming active at times.
