Hot Weather to Persist Across Most Parts of Jordan on Wednesday and Thursday
Jordan will experience relatively hot weather on Wednesday across the highlands and plains, hot conditions in the Badia regions, and very hot weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.

Moderate northwesterly winds are expected, becoming active at times.

Forecast temperatures will range between 35°C and 24°C in eastern Amman, 33°C and 22°C in western Amman, 31°C and 20°C in the northern highlands, 32°C and 18°C in the Sharah Highlands, 38°C and 21°C in the Badia, 34°C and 20°C in the plains, 42°C and 25°C in the northern Jordan Valley, 44°C and 28°C in the southern Jordan Valley, 43°C and 27°C at the Dead Sea, and 43°C and 28°C in the Gulf of Aqaba.

Similar weather conditions are expected on Thursday, with relatively hot conditions in the highlands and plains, hot weather in the Badia, and very hot conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will continue, becoming active at intervals, particularly in the Badia.

On Friday, temperatures are forecast to decline slightly. Conditions will become typically summer-like in the highlands and plains, relatively hot in the Badia, and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some low-level clouds are expected, while moderate northwesterly winds will remain active at times, especially in the Badia.

A further slight drop in temperatures is expected on Saturday, bringing temperatures back to around their seasonal averages. The weather will be pleasantly summer-like across the highlands and plains, relatively hot in the Badia, and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with moderate northwesterly winds becoming active at times.
