Weather conditions on Sunday and Monday will remain typical for the summer season across most parts of Jordan, while hot conditions are expected in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.
Some low clouds are expected to appear over northern parts of the Kingdom, while moderate northwesterly winds will prevail, becoming active at times during the evening hours.
Temperatures are expected to range between 31°C and 19°C in East Amman, 29°C and 17°C in West Amman, 27°C and 15°C in the northern highlands, 28°C and 14°C in the Sharah Highlands, 35°C and 18°C in the Badia, 31°C and 19°C in the plains, 37°C and 25°C in the northern Jordan Valley, 40°C and 27°C in the southern Jordan Valley, 39°C and 26°C at the Dead Sea, and 40°C and 26°C in the Gulf of Aqaba.
On Tuesday, temperatures are forecast to rise slightly. The weather will remain seasonally moderate over the highlands and plains, relatively hot in the Badia, and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will continue, becoming active at times.
A further slight increase in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, with relatively hot weather across most regions, hot conditions in the Badia, and very hot weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will continue.
