Jordan will experience relatively hot weather on Tuesday across the highlands and plains, hot conditions in the Badia regions, and very hot weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.
Moderate northwesterly winds are expected, becoming active at times.
Forecast temperatures are expected to range between 34°C and 23°C in eastern Amman, 32°C and 21°C in western Amman, 30°C and 20°C in the northern highlands, 31°C and 17°C in the Sharah Highlands, 37°C and 20°C in the Badia, 34°C and 19°C in the plains, 41°C and 24°C in the northern Jordan Valley, 44°C and 26°C in the southern Jordan Valley, 43°C and 26°C at the Dead Sea, and 42°C and 27°C in the Gulf of Aqaba.
Similar weather conditions are expected to continue on Wednesday and Thursday, with relatively hot weather in the highlands and plains, hot conditions in the Badia, and very hot weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will remain active at times.
On Friday, temperatures are forecast to decline slightly, returning to around their seasonal averages. Conditions will become typically summer-like over the highlands and plains, relatively hot in the Badia, and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low clouds are expected to appear at low altitudes, while moderate northwesterly winds will continue, occasionally becoming active.
