Officials wrap up survey on gas cylinder distribution

The Energy and Minerals Sector Regulatory Authority on Monday said that it is studying gas cylinder distribution options, in order to facilitate the service to every segment of the community.اضافة اعلان

The authority also said that the possibility of using smart applications, if adopted, would be done parallel with other available options to make it easier for gas agencies to provide the service effectively.

The authority said they got a lot of response from citizens on various proposals, stressing the importance of interactions with customers in order to find appropriate solutions.

A poll conducted by the authority on its website and in which about 10,000 citizens participated, revealed that about 80 percent of them preferred that requests for cylinders be made by phone or through smart applications.
