The Jordanian Payment and Clearing Systems Company (JoPACC) September 2025 report showed that the total value of transfers from e-wallets reached approximately JD 4.69 billion since the beginning of the year, executed through around 70.9 million transactions via the Jomobi system.

According to the report reviewed by Al-Mamlaka, the number of e-wallet users reached 2.7 million by the end of September, marking a 1.4% increase from the previous month. Jordanians accounted for 87.8% of users, while non-Jordanians made up 12.2%.
The report indicated that money transfers represented the largest share of e-wallet transactions at 87%, followed by purchases at 10.9%, cash withdrawals at 1.4%, and deposits at 0.7%.
In terms of value, money transfers amounted to JD 464.9 million in September, withdrawals totaled JD 19.3 million, purchases reached JD 62.3 million, and deposits accounted for JD 12.1 million.
These results reflect the growing role of e-wallets in enabling digital payments and enhancing financial inclusion in Jordan, providing fast and secure alternatives to traditional cash transfers, and supporting the shift toward a more advanced digital economy.
Jomobi is an electronic system that provides mobile payment services through e-wallets, allowing financial transactions between e-wallets and facilitating transfers to and from bank accounts.
