Included in the announcement were the names of the projects and amounts to be invested: a commercial complex in Deir Ghbar with an investment of up to JD1.5 million, a commercial complex in Ras Al-Ain with an investment of up to JD1 million, and a commercial complex in Sweileh with an investment value of up to JD1.5 million.

The agreements came after calls for Amman Vision to complement its role in directing local and foreign investments towards opportunities in Amman.

Al Haj Hassan, CEO of AVID, said: "We are pleased to announce that a number of investment agencies have joined the list of beneficiaries of the services and sites provided by the company, as these agreements come within the period of economic recovery that the government and private agencies are seeking to implement, in accordance with Royal directives.”

He added that during September–December, the company offered investment opportunities in two phases and that these agreements are part of those reached with first-phase investors. The company is currently evaluating offers made as part of the second phase of the project.

In a month the third phase of the project will begin, Hajj Hassan said, which will include the opportunity to invest in property. The company is now focusing on small and medium enterprises, which have proven internationally to be key contributors to economic recovery and job creation.
