Venezuela: 17 Political Prisoners Released Ahead of Amnesty Law Approval

The President of Venezuela’s National Assembly announced on Saturday the release of 17 political prisoners, coinciding with ongoing discussions over the approval of a general amnesty law.اضافة اعلان

Jorge Rodríguez wrote on social media: “Within the framework of the Amnesty Law, 17 people deprived of their freedom are being released at this time in Zone 7,” referring to the detention center in the capital, Caracas.
