The preliminary agreement led to a drop in oil prices, but kept the fate of the Iranian nuclear program contingent on subsequent negotiations.

U.S. President Donald Trump wrote on his platform, Truth Social: "The deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete."

Qatar
The State of Qatar welcomed the agreement reached on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the United States and Iran to address outstanding issues, including ensuring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, considering it an important step toward consolidating sustainable peace and promoting regional and international economic growth.

The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its appreciation for the political will of both the American and Iranian sides and their keenness to resolve disputes through negotiation and peaceful means. It praised the partnership and efforts made by Pakistan and all regional and international parties to de-escalate and bridge viewpoints to reach this agreement.

The Ministry reaffirmed Qatar's continuous support for all efforts aimed at enhancing regional security and stability and reaching sustainable solutions through dialogue and peaceful means, in accordance with the principles of international law and good neighborliness.

United Nations
United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres welcomed the peace agreement reached between the United States and Iran, which provides for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, alongside a framework for further negotiations, considering it "a decisive step toward a peaceful resolution of the conflict."

European Union
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, stated that the agreement between the United States and Iran "could represent a breakthrough" regarding the war, noting that the Union will study ways to participate in the next phase.

She added, in a post on the "X" platform, that the European Union stands ready to contribute to a sustainable solution, drawing on its economic weight, nuclear expertise, and long-standing relations with Gulf partners.

European Council
The President of the European Council, António Costa, welcomed on Monday the agreement between the United States and Iran to end the war in the Middle East, confirming that the European Union is ready to contribute to developing a strategy for "sustainable peace."

Costa wrote on the X platform: "I look forward to the end of this costly war and to the full restoration of freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz."

Leaders of the UK, France, Germany, and Italy
In a joint statement, the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy stated that Iran must never possess a nuclear weapon, affirming their readiness to work with the United States, Iran, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to achieve this goal.

France
French President Emmanuel Macron welcomed the agreement reached between the United States and Iran, considering it the fruit of a diplomatic effort involving several partners.

Macron called on all parties to implement the agreement swiftly and fully, emphasizing the necessity of reopening the Strait of Hormuz urgently and unconditionally.

Germany
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz welcomed the agreement between the United States and Iran, saying it could pave the way for a more vibrant global economy and a more secure Middle East, stressing the need for its serious implementation.

United Kingdom
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer emphasized the necessity of restoring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz without any fees, reiterating his country's position that Iran must never possess a nuclear weapon.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese welcomed the agreement, emphasizing that his country has consistently called for de-escalation and an end to the conflict.
