AMMAN — The Ministry of Investment, through its new Invest.jo platform, is offering an investment opportunity for individuals and businesses to participate in the construction of an amusement park near the Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) in Amman.اضافة اعلان

With a projected investment volume of $12 million, the platform promises an attractive internal return rate of 15.2 percent for potential investors interested in the project, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Spanning a vast area of 54,672sq.m., the construction site is conveniently located 18km away from the QAIA and only 12km from downtown Amman.

Amusement park offeringsThe upcoming amusement park will cater to diverse segments of society, featuring a range of offerings and prices to accommodate various preferences.

The park will consist of a public park, shops, a water park, and virtual reality games, ensuring an engaging experience for visitors of all ages.

The estimated cost of the land plot stands at JD16.2 million (JD300 per square meter). To optimize the use of space, the land will be divided into five primary areas, including a public park and three designated zones for entertainment purposes and parking lots.

The Invest.jo platform is designed to facilitate effective communication and engagement with investors, both domestic and foreign, by providing comprehensive information about the Kingdom's business environment.

The platform is available in both Arabic and English, further enhancing accessibility for potential stakeholders.
