Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Majdi Mohammad Al-Harasees received the regional commander of the French Special Forces and his accompanying delegation on Sunday at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces.

The two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation and coordination, as well as ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations across military and defence fields, in the interests of the armed forces of both countries. The talks were attended by a number of senior Jordan Armed Forces officers and the French defence attaché in Amman.
