Jordan, British army chiefs attend military exercise

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Hneiti attended a tactical exercise with British Chief of the Defense Staff Gen. Sir Nick Carter on Friday.اضافة اعلان

The tactical exercises were carried out by the Quick Reaction Force Battalion 81 and British 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment.

The joint exercises included artillery, sniper shooting, and machine gun fire, in addition to medical evacuation and fighting in built-up areas, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The exercise is part of annual training programs implemented by the Jordan Armed Forces ­– Arab Army.
