In a swift operation, Irbid Criminal Investigation Department officers arrested four masked individuals who carried out an armed robbery against an Arab investor, stealing 7,000 dinars from his company in Irbid, according to a security source.

The source told Al Ghad that a report was received by the operations room regarding an armed robbery targeting an Arab investor. The robbers forced those inside the company—partners of the investor holding foreign nationalities—to open the safe at gunpoint, then stole the cash.
Criminal investigation teams immediately moved to the scene, collected fingerprints, and launched an investigation. Less than two hours after the incident, the suspects were apprehended.
The source added that during interrogation, the suspects confessed to the crime. The weapon used, the stolen amount of money, and the passports belonging to the investor’s partners were recovered and returned to him. The investigation is still ongoing in preparation for referring the suspects to the judiciary.
