The ISTD highlighted that registration in the National E-invoicing System offers several advantages to registrants, including speeding up tax transactions, expediting the issuance of tax clearance, deferring tax payments, and alleviating the burden of transferring invoice books and financial data from companies and establishments to the department's auditors' offices. Additionally, declarations submitted by taxpayers are given special consideration when selecting the audit sample.

The department reiterated the importance for all taxpayers who have not yet registered to promptly enroll in the National E-invoicing System and ensure compliance with the system's requirements as soon as possible. This action is necessary to avoid potential legal accountability and exposure to legal penalties.
