Central Bank Sets Bank Working Hours for Ramadan: 9 AM to 3 PM

The Central Bank of Jordan has circulated a directive to all banks operating in the country regarding official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan.اضافة اعلان

According to the directive, the official working hours for bank employees during Ramadan will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Direct service to the public will begin at 9:30 AM and end at 2:30 PM.

The Central Bank also allowed banks that wish to extend working hours or operate during the evening to provide banking services to clients, provided they notify the Central Bank in advance of the hours and the branches involved.

Banks will return to their regular working hours after the end of Ramadan.
