Temperatures are projected to rise significantly on Wednesday, surpassing the average for this time of year by approximately 4-6 degrees Celsius. The weather will generally be hot and dry across most areas of the kingdom, intensifying to extreme heat during midday and afternoon hours in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, Saraya News reported. Expect some clouds at moderate altitudes.

Nighttime temperatures to increase
Nighttime temperatures will noticeably increase, making the weather even hotter and drier than usual in various regions. However, temperatures are expected to gradually moderate in the late hours, particularly in high mountainous areas.

Further temperature increases are anticipated on Thursday and Friday, with temperatures surpassing the average for this time of year by around 6-8 degrees Celsius.

During this period, the weather will be hot and dry in most areas of the Kingdom. In many major parts of the Kingdom, temperatures will reach 30 degrees Celsius and above, while Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will soar in the mid-forties, resulting in extremely hot conditions.

Moreover, winds will be moderate, occasionally becoming active in the southern parts of the Kingdom. By the evening and night hours, the winds will shift to moderate northwesterly, accompanied by gusts at times.

To stay safe and comfortable, it is advised to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, increase fluid intake with cold beverages and refreshments even if not feeling thirsty, ensure sanitizers and flammable materials are not left inside vehicles, and be cautious not to leave children unattended in vehicles, even for short periods. Additionally, be mindful of the presence of insects and reptiles.
