Evacuation of 83 Jordanian Citizens and Their Companions from Syria’s As-Suwayda Province
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced the evacuation of a new group of Jordanian citizens from As-Suwayda Governorate in the Syrian Arab Republic, through the Nasib/Jaber border crossing into the Kingdom. The operation was coordinated with the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and other state bodies in Syria.اضافة اعلان

Ministry spokesperson, Ambassador Dr. Sufian Qudah, stated that 83 Jordanian citizens and their companions were evacuated aboard buses operated by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent. The operation is part of ongoing joint efforts with national institutions in Jordan.

Ambassador Qudah reiterated his appreciation for the continued cooperation of the Syrian authorities in facilitating the evacuation process and ensuring the safe and swift return of Jordanian citizens to the Kingdom.
