Chamber of Commerce launches complaint hotline

AMMAN  — The Amman Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday launched a hotline dedicated to receiving comments and complaints from its members regarding the implementation of defense orders.اضافة اعلان

In a press release, the chamber said it was ready to receive calls on its toll-free number 080000777 and through 064001400, as well as text messages, video, or photos through WhatsApp at 0790605060 or 0795524720.

Chamber President Khalil Al-Haj Tawfiq said that the launch of the service aims to ensure that merchants are not exposed to any unjustified violations, as the chamber has received complaints about individual practices committed by some observers and authorities that visit facilities. All complaints will be completely confidential, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
