The Director of the Central Inspection Directorate at the Ministry of Labor, Eng. Haitham Al-Najdawi, confirmed that inspection teams are continuing their field visits to identify non-Jordanian workers violating the Labor Law and its related regulations and instructions.

Al-Najdawi noted that approximately one month remains before the deadline for undocumented foreign workers to regularize their legal status.
He urged workers and employers across all sectors and economic activities, as well as homeowners employing domestic workers, to take advantage of the remaining period.
He also explained that the ministry deports any foreign worker who does not hold a valid work permit or who violates the conditions of their permit by changing their profession, employer, or workplace.
