The Jordan Football Association (JFA), in partnership with the Norwegian Football Federation, launched on Wednesday a series of coaching workshops for women’s youth coaches as part of efforts to develop technical staff and age-group programs and further advance women’s football in Jordan.

The three workshops combine theoretical and practical training and will run for six days through Monday. The program covers several coaching topics, including working with youth and junior players, organizing training sessions, designing and managing activities during sessions, and women’s leadership within the football community.
The workshops aim to strengthen coaches’ technical abilities and leadership skills, in line with the JFA’s strategy to expand participation in football and establish specialized centers for developing female players across different age groups.
The first workshop includes 24 coaches, while the second has 24 participants and the third and final workshop includes 12 participants, bringing the total number of participants across the three workshops to 60.
The initiative is part of ongoing cooperation between the Jordan Football Association and its Norwegian counterpart, supporting the exchange of technical expertise and contributing to the continued development of women’s football in Jordan.
