UNRWA: 1.9 Million People Displaced in Gaza

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated that the suffering and destruction in Gaza are unimaginable, noting that around 1.9 million people have been forcibly displaced.اضافة اعلان

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, the agency called for an immediate ceasefire to protect civilians and alleviate the escalating humanitarian crisis.

Meanwhile, Olga Cherivko, spokesperson for the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Gaza, reported that Palestinian displaced persons in northern Gaza are moving southward without sufficient shelter or safety guarantees amid ongoing shelling.
