Turki Al-Maliki, spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition forces, announced that a ballistic missile targeting Saudi territory had been intercepted and destroyed.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Al-Maliki said in a statement posted on X that a ballistic missile launched toward the western Saudi city of Taif was intercepted and destroyed on Wednesday morning.
The announcement comes amid continued missile and drone attacks that the Houthis have claimed against targets inside Saudi Arabia, while coalition forces have reaffirmed that they are continuing operations to intercept threats and protect civilians and infrastructure.
