Qatar: Two Iranian Missiles Intercepted; Third Strikes Chartered Oil Tanker

The Qatari Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that the State of Qatar was targeted by three cruise missiles launched from Iran.

The Ministry stated that the Qatari Armed Forces successfully intercepted two of the missiles. However, the third missile struck an oil tanker chartered by QatarEnergy in economic waters. Measures were immediately taken in coordination with relevant authorities to evacuate the tanker, which carried a crew of 21 people. No casualties or fatalities were reported.اضافة اعلان
