One Israeli was killed and two others were injured on Friday as a result of an Iranian missile attack targeting Greater Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and surrounding areas, according to the Israeli emergency services.
Earlier on Friday, Israeli figures reported that more than 22 Israelis have been killed and over 5,000 injured since the start of the war on Iran on February 28.

According to details, the emergency service stated that falling missiles and missile fragments in several areas of Greater Tel Aviv resulted in one fatality and two injuries, amid loud explosions heard across Tel Aviv and its surroundings.
In the same context, the emergency service reported receiving alerts about falling fragments in eight locations within Greater Tel Aviv and Jerusalem following missile launches from Iran.
Channel 12 reported that a missile directly struck a building in Tel Aviv.
The channel also noted that fragments fell in Jerusalem at the same time as the missile launches.
Earlier, a correspondent reported an explosion in the skies over Tel Aviv caused by the interception of at least one cluster-type missile launched from Iran.
The correspondent explained that at least one missile exploded and fragmented in the air, causing debris to fall across multiple areas.
He added that this type of missile, although lacking the destructive power of a heavy ballistic missile, breaks into several smaller projectiles when intercepted, which then fall in different locations and cause widespread damage.
Since February 28, Israel and the United States have been waging a war on Iran, while Tehran has responded by launching missiles and drones toward Israel.
Iran has also targeted what it describes as “American sites and interests” in Arab countries, though some attacks have resulted in casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure, prompting condemnation from the affected countries and calls for an immediate halt.
