AMMAN — The Hamas movement stated that the insistence of the
Israeli occupation on storming Al-Aqsa mosque will lead to an explosive
situation, according to Khaberni.

"The (Israeli) occupation is
determined to escalate its religious war against Al-Aqsa mosque," Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem said in
a statement.
He stressed "what is happening against Al-Aqsa is a
systematic aggression with the aim of applying the temporal and spatial
division in a repeat of what happened in the Ibrahimi Mosque."
"The
occupation's continuous storming of Al-Aqsa is
disrespectful to the entire Arab official system and the Jordanian
guardianship," he added.
"Our people will continue to resist until the
occupation is defeated from all of our land, and will continue to defend the
identity of Al-Aqsa Mosque until its liberation and the expulsion of the
Zionist settlers," he said.
Violation of international lawThe storming of
Al-Aqsa Mosque constitutes is a violation and transgression of international laws and human norms, and reflects the deep
decline of the occupation, said Qasem.
"We are in a
continuous and escalating battle until the occupation is defeated from our
entire land and sanctities.”
