Oil prices rose on Wednesday amid renewed concerns over supply and as peace talks aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war continued for a longer period.

According to Bloomberg News, Brent crude futures increased by 14 cents, or 0.21 percent, to $65.93 per barrel.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures for September delivery, which expire today, rose by 37 cents, or 0.59 percent, to $62.72 per barrel.
The more active October contract reached $61.92 per barrel, marking a 15-cent increase.
