LONDON – On Tuesday, Amnesty International stated that Israel is challenging the ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) by obstructing the delivery of sufficient humanitarian aid to Gaza, thus defying the prevention of genocide. اضافة اعلان

Despite the court’s ruling, Israel has failed to ensure the necessary goods and life-saving services reach the Gaza population, who are on the brink of famine, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

As the ICJ’s public hearings continue to examine the legal consequences of Israeli occupation, the Secretary-General of Amnesty International, Dr. Agnès Callamard, asserted that the world must recognize that ending Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine is a prerequisite for halting the systematic human rights violations and apartheid practices.

For 76 years, Palestinians have endured life under the brutal Israeli military occupation, facing discrimination and oppression. This prolonged occupation stands as one of the most devastating and far-reaching military occupations globally, characterized by systematic violations of Palestinian rights and the entrenched apartheid system imposed upon them.
