Hospitals in the Gaza Strip recorded six deaths on Monday, including two children, caused by famine and malnutrition over the past 24 hours.
This brings the total number of deaths from famine and malnutrition to 393, including 140 children.

Since the declaration of the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), 115 deaths have been recorded, including 25 children.
At any given moment, cases of malnutrition and famine continue to arrive at Gaza hospitals, where 900,000 children are suffering from hunger, 70,000 of whom have reached severe malnutrition.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned that malnutrition among children under five may have doubled between March and June due to the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip.
