The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that 16 martyrs and 16 injured individuals arrived at the Strip's hospitals over the past 48 hours as a result of the continuous Israeli occupation aggression.

The Ministry explained in its daily statistical report that among the victims were 6 new martyrs, 1 martyr who succumbed to their injuries, and 9 martyrs whose bodies were recovered.
It added that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, given that ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
The Ministry indicated that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 1,066, while the number of injuries has risen to 3,445, and 797 body recoveries have been recorded.
It noted that the cumulative toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,090 martyrs and 173,553 injured.
