Weather conditions on Sunday and Monday will be pleasantly warm across most regions of Jordan, while relatively hot to hot conditions are expected in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low-level clouds are forecast to appear over the northern parts of the Kingdom, with moderate northwesterly winds becoming active at times.
Temperatures are expected to range as follows:
* East Amman: 28°C / 16°C
* West Amman: 26°C / 14°C
* Northern Highlands: 24°C / 11°C
* Sharah Highlands: 25°C / 10°C
* Badia Regions: 33°C / 15°C
* Plains Areas: 28°C / 16°C
* Northern Jordan Valley: 35°C / 18°C
* Southern Jordan Valley: 39°C / 23°C
* Dead Sea: 37°C / 21°C
* Gulf of Aqaba: 39°C / 23°C
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, temperatures will rise on Tuesday, although conditions will remain moderate in the mountainous and plain regions. Hot weather is expected in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with moderate northwesterly winds.
A further increase in temperatures is forecast for Wednesday. The weather will remain moderate over mountainous areas, while becoming relatively hot to hot across the rest of the Kingdom. Winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly, moderate in speed and occasionally active.
