Jordan participates in Para Powerlifting Regional Championships

AMMAN — The national Para Powerlifting team will begin their participation in the Asian and Oceania Championships, hosted in the South Korean city of Pyeongtaek on Wednesday and will continue till Sunday.اضافة اعلان

The championship will see the participation of 231 male and female players from 33 countries.

Jordan’s team is one of the most prominent teams nominated to win a number of medals during the tournament, given the successes achieved in the past period, most notably Omar Qaradah, Abdul Karim Khattab and Jamil Al-Shibli who obtained three gold medals in the last Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
