Jordan, India discuss fertilizers

AMMAN — A visiting delegation of Indian fertilizer manufacturers discussed prospects of joint cooperation with the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

The talks focused on supplying and manufacturing phosphate fertilizers, according to Petra.

Muhammad Thneibat, JMPC’s board chairman, said cooperation with Indian manufacturers is already well established, mainly in supplying raw phosphates and manufacturing fertilizers.

He said JPMC’s exports of fertilizers and raw phosphates to India was nearly three million tonnes last year.
