Imported fruit, vegetables hit the market

AMMAN — Fruit and vegetables imported to the Greater Amman Municipality’s Central Market on Monday amounted to 3,391 tonnes, 2,573 tonnes of which were vegetables and 611 tonnes were fruit, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.اضافة اعلان

According to the Central Market, garlic prices have increased unprecedentedly, with the lowest recorded price bought at JD2.50 per kg, while the highest price reached JD3. Garlic sold at JD1 in the local market in the last few days.
