Currently, ride-hailing customers can choose rides from Yellow Taxi, Economy, Economy+ as well as Airport pick-ups.

Careem has introduced multiple new digital services to Jordan to become the country’s preferred Everything App. Careem Food has achieved exceptional delivery times, collaborating with thousands of international and local food partners like Shawerma 3a Saj, Hamada and Shawerma Al Dayaa, delivering food orders within less than 30 minutes, beating the ETA with more than 75% orders with early delivery.

Over 75 % of food orders are delivered ahead of schedule.

Careem Plus, Jordan’s first subscription program was launched to further simplify the lives of customers and help deliver enormous value to customers to help them save on their daily purchases. It offers customers in Jordan unlimited free delivery on food orders from thousands of restaurants, 10% credit back on 10 rides per month, and up to 30% discount on more than 100 restaurants through DineOut, an in-app F&B discovery service that connects customers to Amman’s most exclusive restaurants. The average monthly saving for customers in Jordan is JOD 20, for a monthly fee of just JOD 2.99.

Careem’s customers know that they can easily reach out to Careem’s call center for assistance whenever needed. It is one of the region's largest, offering bilingual support to customers across multiple countries including Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain, and Kuwait. The team is staffed by hundreds of local care agents trained to provide prompt and personalized assistance, with an average response time of 20 seconds.
