AMMAN — As part of their constant efforts to provide value-added offers that meet their customers’ evolving needs and lifestyle,
Arab Bank and
ATICO Fakhreldin Group have recently signed a cooperation agreement to upgrade its digital payment system and connect the loyalty programs of both parties, Arabi Points and ATICO Jewels early 2022.

Through this agreement customers will be entitled to value-added benefits offered to them by connecting both ATICO Fakhreldin Group and Arab Bank Loyalty Programs.
The new benefits entail granting customers ATICO Jewels and Arabi Points reward points independently when using both cards, the ability to exchange Arabi Points for ATICO Jewels at a preferential value easily and instantly using Arabi Mobile application, whereby the points are credited instantly to the customer’s ATICO Fakhreldin Group Loyalty Program.
The agreement also entails providing ATICO Fakhreldin Group with Arab Bank state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) machines that facilitate mobile payments, contact and contactless payments. This is in addition to introducing new payment solutions such as
Visa and
MasterCard via
Arabi MobiCash and CliQ to improve customer service.
Commenting on the agreement, Yacoub Matouk, head of consumer banking at Arab Bank, Jordan, said: “We continuously seek to reinforce our programs’ offering in line with our customers’ diverse needs and lifestyle.” He added: “Our collaboration with ATICO Fakhreldin Group provides a great opportunity for our customers to benefit from their reward points within Arabi Points Program and instantly exchange them with ATICO Jewels using our Arabi Mobile application. It also provides a seamless payment experience when visiting any of ATICO Fakhreldin Group outlets through our advanced POS machines.”
